Operational principle:


The principle of hydrogen determination: a certain amount of coal sample is burned in the oxygen flow, the water generated reacts with phosphorus pentoxide to form metaphosphate, electrolysis of metaphosphate, according to the consumption of electricity, calculate the hydrogen content in coal;

The principle of carbon measurement: A certain amount of coal sample is burned in the oxygen flow, the carbon dioxide generated is absorbed by the carbon dioxide absorbent, the carbon content in the coal is automatically calculated by the increment of the absorbent.

Performance features:


It is suitable for the determination of the content of organic and inorganic hydrocarbon in coal and other solid materials. It is an experimental instrument in the fields of coal, electric power, metallurgy, etc.

The rapid automatic hydrogen analyzer features a fully computer-controlled testing process, with the microcomputer performing multiple corrections and data processing. It displays the hydrogen content in milligrams per unit weight of the sample and can switch to showing the percentage of hydrogen burned per unit weight, while also printing the total hydrogen value. Each sample analysis takes approximately 10-13 minutes, with results demonstrating accuracy surpassing GB476-91 standards.

The combustion furnace is made of quartz and fully sealed, with a length of 90cm. The sample feeding mechanism is operated inside the combustion furnace, and the sealing is good.

The instrument is designed as an integrated system with a novel and elegant appearance. The carbon measurement device and the instrument are combined into one, making the carbon measurement process more convenient and straightforward.

The reasonable design of airway can avoid the leakage and blockage of airway.

The determination range of hydrogen is 0-20%, and that of carbon is (1-99)%.

The working electrolysis voltage is 24V.

Current: electrolysis current>500mA, end current <60mA.

The time of determination was about 10-13min, in which the temperature was 300℃ for 30min, 500℃ for 2min, 800℃ for 10min.

The stability of coulomb integrator is linear ±0.1%.

The allowable error of determination is <0.15% for hydrogen and <0.50% for carbon in the same laboratory.

Sample: An analytical coal sample with particle size <0.2mm, air-dried to a weight of approximately 65mg-75mg.

Instrument dimensions: Controller: 350×320×150mm, High-temperature furnace: 500×300×260mm.

The heating rate was 20℃/min, and the temperature reached 800℃ in 40 min.

The experimental setup includes a 2-meter platform, a 220V single-phase 30A air switch, an oxygen cylinder (1 unit), and a 1/10,000 electronic balance.
