Product Introduction:
This instrument complies with the requirements specified in GB/T 3536-2008 "Test Methods
for Flash and Combustion Points of Petroleum Products-Cleveland Open Cup Method". It is
designed to measure flash and combustion points for petroleum products and asphalt
(excluding fuel oil) with open cup flash points exceeding 79℃. The system consists primarily
of an ignition device, a sweep device, a heating unit, and a temperature control system.
The key technical indexes:
1, working power supply: AC 220V±10%,50Hz.
2. Heating device: dry burn heating rod heating, no open flame, power can be adjusted
continuously.
3. Temperature meter: -6 to 400℃, with a scale of 2℃. The technical conditions comply with
the provisions of GB/T514 on liquid thermometers for petroleum product tests
4. Ignition device: A ignition source: gas (or other civil combustible gas) B nozzle aperture:
0.6——0.8mm
5. Ambient temperature: -10℃ ~ 50℃.
6. Relative humidity: ≤85%.
7. Power consumption: not more than 650W.
