It is suitable for measuring the total sulfur content of coal, coke, solid hazardous waste and petroleum in power, coal, metallurgy, petrochemical, environmental protection, cement, paper making, mining, scientific research and colleges and universities, etc., in accordance with the national standard GB/T214-2007 "Determination method of total sulfur in coal".

1. The integrated hand-free automatic sample delivery system combines components such as the automatic sample delivery mechanism, high-temperature pyrolysis furnace, electrolytic cell, stirrer, and air purification system into a compact, rational, and stable structure. It enables online batch sampling without manual intervention, achieving high automation. Manual sampling remains an option when sample quantities are limited.
2. The integrated structure is adopted to automatically determine the endpoint of titration and shorten the experimental time. All key components are designed with advanced concepts and strict control to ensure the stable operation of the instrument for a long time.
3. Unique data acquisition network and multi-level correction technology are adopted to ensure the accuracy of high, medium and low sulfur content test results.
4. The sample sending mechanism adopts the electronic electrolyte molecular concentration acquisition circuit, which has high reliability and will not produce over-electrolysis phenomenon.
5. 232 serial port communication technology is adopted, which has good compatibility and wide applicability.
6. The sampling time and preset temperature can be set freely, and the sampling position is controlled by Hall element.
7. Use a special corundum porcelain boat to reduce the possibility of sample jam. 1-24 samples can be placed at a time. The program controls the automatic heating, temperature control, sample delivery and measurement. The results can be automatically stored and printed, and samples can be added online in the middle, which greatly improves the work efficiency and truly realizes unattended operation;
